At Alpha Drives Ltd, we have successfully completed a Form 2 control panel housed in a stainless steel Rittal enclosure for a powder processing application. This advanced panel is designed to control hoppers, conveyors, vacuum pumps, rotary valves, and weighing platforms, ensuring efficient and reliable operation in demanding industrial environments.

State-of-the-Art Hardware and Integrated Solutions

The control panel is equipped with Siemens S7-1500 PLC and ET200SP DOL motor starter cards, which connect via a backplane bus connector to the controller, significantly reducing wiring complexity. Integrated within the TIA portal, this setup provides diagnostic transparency for switching and protective functions, safeguarding loads up to 7.5 kW.

Additionally, the panel includes G120 Siemens drives (0.75 kW and 3 kW) and Siemens Sirius safety relays, offering comprehensive control and safety features.

All panels from Alpha Drives are fully certified and come with Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) documentation, with Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) available if required.
