Alpha Drives Ltd is excited to announce the successful completion and FAT testing of a comprehensive control system for a pharmaceutical plant’s filling line. This state-of-the-art system is designed to deliver approximately 1.6 cubic meters per hour to nozzle heads, ensuring precise and efficient operation.

The project features a main control panel, remote I/O, and a local operator panel, all seamlessly integrated to manage the filling line. The hardware setup includes Siemens S7-1500 PLC, ET200SP cards, and a G120 15 kW drive. This advanced setup controls the pump on a PID loop while monitoring key parameters such as conductivity, temperature, and pressure.
